On September 4, 2019, He Jiuhui, Chief Engineer of Oil Production Plant 3 of Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch, along with leaders from the Downhole Management Department, Safety Department, and various contractor units, visited TP226XCH well in Dezhi, Bazhou for on-site standardization observation and learning.

As a demonstration unit for on-site management in the third oil production plant, Bazhou Deshi Major Maintenance Team has successfully completed various on-site standardization requirements while balancing production, and successfully undertaken the on-site standardization promotion meeting. Chief Engineer He Jiuhui highly recognized this promotion meeting and stated that the on-site standardization of Bazhou Deshi is worth promoting.
